Fifth Avenue is famous for its holiday displays – same with Madison Avenue. Year after year, the stores along these stretches create the most beautiful windows. They really make it feel like Christmas.

Of course, I have to lead with the windows of Bergdorf Goodman. Their holiday displays are like Haute Couture. “Compendium of Curiosities” is the theme for 2009…

Look at all the McQueen, above! I am dying over this window. And the window below – I read that it is made entirely of paper, including the architectural trimmings and furniture. Incredible.
