New York Fashion Week Spring 2012
Fashion’s Night Out

Fashion’s Night Out 2011–first stop, Michael Kors in Rockefeller Center
This was the third year for New York City’s Fashion’s Night Out, and it was certainly a happening event: our team covered the waterfront, from the new Michael Kors flagship in Rockefeller Center to Manolo Blahnik on 54th Street (where Sarah Jessica Parker was signing shoes) to Madison Avenue’s Bally, Barneys and Frette stores and a final wrap up down in Soho. It was amazing to see how many people poured out onto the streets and sidewalks. Thank goodness, it was a beautiful night, and a great time was had by all!

The Michael Kors event: a real party, with a great DJ!

Chatting with Mark Lee and Carine Roitfeld in front of Barneys: she seems so happy with her new life

At Bally on Madison: Loving these boots–a Daily Shoe, perhaps?

At Frette, I ran into my friend Francine Lefrak, the force behind SameSky, with DJ Donna D’Cruz

The cool DJ at Realm, a new store in Soho with a very unusual selection. I can’t wait to go back and shop!

All in all, it was a great night, and my team and I are already looking forward to next year. We hope you join us again!
